Man killed in double stabbing at Kent village pub
A man has been stabbed to death at a village pub in Kent.
Officers arrived at The Cricketers Inn in Meopham at around 9.15pm on Saturday after reports two men had been stabbed, Kent Police said.
One man, in his 30s, was pronounced dead at the scene and the other was taken to hospital where he is still in a stable condition.
Two men, 29 and 50, were later arrested on suspicion of murder.
“The men involved are all believed to be known to each another and, at this stage, police are not looking for anyone else in connection with the investigation,” a force spokesperson said.
