The 10 least expensive homes sold in Cape Cod Oct. 9-15

A condo in Sagamore Beach that sold for $175,000 tops the list of the most affordable real estate sales in Cape Cod between Oct. 9 and Oct. 15.

In total, 141 real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past week, with an average price of $806,117, $476 per square foot.

The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Oct. 9., even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $300,000, condominium at 35 Santuit Pond Way

The 1,134 square-foot condominium at 35 Santuit Pond Way in Mashpee has now been sold. The transfer of ownership was settled in September and the total purchase price was $300,000, $265 per square foot. The condominium was built in 1987. Myles L Est Lamson sold the condominium to Sean Obrion and Michaelle Obrion. The deal was finalized on Sep. 27.

9. $282,000, condominium at 825 Main Street

The sale of the condominium at 825 Main Street, Hyannis, has been finalized. The price was $282,000, and the new owner: Samantha Medeiros, took over the condominium in September from William J Walker. The condominium was built in 1974 and has a living area of 868 square feet.
