Joe Rogan predicts outcome of 2024 presidential election: Trump or Harris?
Controversial podcaster Joe Rogan predicted that Kamala Harris could knock off Donald Trump in November’s presidential election.
Shes gonna win, Rogan said during Tuesday’s episode of “The Joe Rogan Experience,” featuring cultural commentator Michael Malice.
A gobsmacked Malice countered, No, shes not, during a back-and-forth about the presidential election and Harris electability.
When Malice presented the question again, Rogan refined his answer: I’m not saying because I think she’s going to, and I’m not saying because I want her to.
I’m just being honest.
Rogan says his hunch is not necessarily based on Harris likability, but rather on Trumps lack thereof.
I feel like we are in this very bizarre time where people are giving in to the bulls–t in a way that I never suspected people would before, Rogan argued.
They just want no Trump, no matter what.
Rogan hinted that even Hillary Clinton or Michelle Obama could win the presidential election if either joined the race.
The former presidents attempted assassination on July 13 should have sealed the win for Trump, according to Rogan, but the event has since been memory-holed.
Malice echoed his point, and tapped into an ongoing conversation about political violence and dangerous rhetoric across the United States.
You would have thought Trump getting shot would have had four years of corporate journalists talking about hate speech causing violence, he said.
[Then] to be like, ‘Lets take a step back,’ and that went for, what, a week?
Another aspect of this memory-holing, according to Malice, was the suppression of search results from Trumps assassination attempt, on which The Post and others have previously reported.
Rogan and Malice also noted the difference between how the media treat Trump and Harris, and the influence that tech giants like Google have on public discourse.
[Harris] is the least popular vice president of all time, and then in a moment, a moment in time, all of a sudden shes our solution. Shes our hero. Try Googling a negative story on her, you wont find one.
However, Rogan mentioned that for those who are potentially on the fence about Trump, if you Google him and then you start reading some of these like pieces that they’ve written about him, it’ll change your perspective.
If I Google Donald Trump and Google gives you seven negative stories, it’s going to move the needle a little bit toward her [Harris], Malice said, calling it an effort to tip the scale in the 2024 race.
